My research focuses on how emotions and stress influence eating behaviour in daily life. I am particularly interested in understanding when and why people eat in response to stress or emotions, both in healthy individuals and those with maladaptive eating patterns. In my doctoral project, I use a multimethod approach combining ecological momentary assessment (EMA), laboratory experiments, and psychometric assessments to examine these processes across different contexts.
